Submit Your Transcript to the AAVSB
Transcript Requirements
All candidates who graduated before 2025 must submit their final transcript to take the VTNE®.
Your transcript must be received directly from your school. Note: Transcripts from AVMA-CVTEA and CVMA accredited programs must include the date of graduation and degree conferred.
How Your School can Submit Your Transcript
Transcripts must come directly from the school or the school’s designated transcript service via one of the following three ways:
Online Transcript Services:
Sent directly from that service via email to [email protected].
Emailed by Your School:
From the school registrar, it must have a professional school signature included in the email to [email protected].
Mailed by Your School:

Acknowledgement of Receipt
If you graduated before 2025, you must have your transcript submitted to verify your education. We’ll review your transcript when processing your VTNE online application. We encourage you to submit Part 1 of your VTNE application as early as possible so we can review your transcript promptly.
