Submit Your Transcript to the AAVSB
Transcript Requirements
Be sure your transcript meets these requirements. Your transcript must:
- Be sent directly from your school (or an online transcript service used by your school)
- Be complete and include the date of graduation and degree conferred
If your transcript doesn’t meet these requirements or isn’t submitted on time, you’ll forfeit your exam fee.
Online Transcript Services
If your school sends your transcript through an online service it must be sent directly from that service to [email protected]
Emailed Transcript From Your School
If your school emails a transcript from the school registrar, it must have a professional school signature on the email and be sent directly to [email protected]
Mailed Transcripts
If your school mails the transcript, have them mail it directly to:

Don’t send us any additional copies of the transcript yourself. That might delay our processing times.
Acknowledgement of Receipt
Transcripts are reviewed when your VTNE online application is processed. We encourage you to submit your transcripts as early as possible, but we won’t acknowledge that we received them until the application process begins.
Once you complete your application, you’ll get an automated email from [email protected], which will allow you to access your MyAAVSB account and check the status of your application. This takes about two weeks from the time you submit your application.
