For credentialed veterinary technicians, you will need to apply for credentialsin your jurisdiction.
For new and licensed veterinarians, you will need to apply for credentials in your jurisdiction.
Task 2: Request Accommodations
The AAVSB will review all accommodations requests per current ADA guidelines. Submit the accommodations application and required documents.
If you previously submitted an accommodations application for the VTNE, reviewed by the AAVSB, email the AAVSB directly at [email protected] to determine next steps.
The AAVSB will follow up with you after reviewing your accommodations request.
Task 3: Payment and Exam Access
Upon establishment of your eligibility, you‘ll receive an email from the AAVSB with a link to pay for your state exam. The link to take your state exam will be provided on your payment receipt.
You will need to use the name and email address provided by the state to set up your login.
Exam fees are paid via credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or VISA®.
All exams are taken online and can be taken only once per purchase.
All exams are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At the end of your exam, you will see a pass/fail result.
The AAVSB will provide your official score report to the state or province.
